Come join the Fun aboard the Wakulla Explorer

Enjoy an exciting trip aboard the quiet 30 ft. solar pontoon boat licensed and insured with comfortable seating (wheelchair accessible), 360 degree viewing, & partially covered.  All tours conducted in accordance with local regulations and respect for the environment including ZERO Emissions and Manatee guards on props.
Minimum of 6 person, maximum of 18.  Check availability on Calendar.

 Sopchoppy River Boat Tour   

 Board your  covered tour boat at the Sopchoppy City Park (Myron B. Hodge) for a 
 2 hour journey  through time on the winding Sopchoppy river with stops for worm gruntin, crabbin and turpentine collectin.
 You will be enlightened and entertained by your tour guide as you learn about the rich
history of Sopchoppy and view wildlife in it's natural state.  City park offers picnic tables, playground, swimming area or nature walk on the boardwalk after the tour.

Ochlockonee River  Boat Tour 

Board your covered boat at the Ochlockonee River State Park for a 2 hour tour to explore the natural beauty of the marsh and islands at the convergence of the Sopchoppy and Ochlockonee rivers.
 
As you pass through the narrow channels you may view wading birds, alligators and the 
occasional manatee and dolphin as your guide describes the flora, fauna and history of the area. Check Blue crab traps and explore unspoiled islands.

Wakulla River Boat Tour   

 Board your covered tour boat at the Hwy 98 /Wakulla river  boat ramp to embark
 on a journey of natural wonders. This 2 hour tour will take  you north toward the spring head while searching for birds of prey, wading  birds, turtles, alligators and manatee in the crystal waters of the spring fed  river. Learn about the history of the "Mysterious Waters" while offering  excellent photo opportunities. Tour includes a brisk swim stop along the  way.

Wakulla River Snorkeling Trip  

 Board your snorkeling boat at the Hwy 98/ Wakulla river ramp  for a
scenic trip up the mysterious waters where you will learn about the rich 
history of the area while viewing wildlife along the way.  Snorkeling instruction and equipment provided during upstream travel and a participants will snorkel with the boat on a relaxing downstream drift past schools of fish, turtles and the occasional manatee. 
Strict guidelines adhered to for minimal environmental impact.
 Duration of trip is 2 hours;  equipment included.

Minimum of 6 person, maximum of 14 for snorkeling tour. 

 

 SPRING CREEK SCENIC BOAT TOUR        Experience “Old Florida” at its best.
 The quaint fishing village of Spring Creek offers a window to the past with winding creeks through a marsh estuary, a visible spring rise pumping over 1 million gallons of fresh water each day into 
Apalachee Bay, and working mullet and oyster boats just as they were 50 years 
ago. Board your partially covered 30 ft. completely solar powered pontoon tour 
boat (wheelchair accessible) for a 2 hour journey back to a simpler time. You 
will be enlightened and entertained by your tour guide, Master Capt. Joey 
Tillman. Take in the natural beauty of Apalachee bay before dining at the world 
renown Spring Creek Restaurant. Tour duration 2 hours; bottled water provided
Maximum 16 persons. 
Tour will meet at the Spring Creek Dock just behind the restaurant. Duration of trip is 2 hours;
